Yamato University is a comprehensive university that was established in 2014 in Suita, Osaka Prefecture.
The university comprises six faculties—the Faculty of Science and Engineering, the Faculty of Informatics, the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, the Faculty of Sociology, the Faculty of Education, and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Currently, there are approximately 4,800 students enrolled.
Furthermore, Yamato University offers an international campus environment where students come to learn from Asian countries including China, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. The student body also includes students from the United States. The university has adopted a homeroom teacher system, so students can enjoy campus life without any worries.
